At Timber & Table, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tandtwood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at info@tandtwood.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@tandtwood.com.
